Play House of Doom Slot For Free

House of Doom represents something new in the world of online slot machine games. Skilfully blending scary voodoo-style gameplay with rock and metal action, the new Play ‘n Go slot is not your typical, run-of-the-mill Halloween game, and that certainly makes it stand out from the competition.

Pentagrams, devil skulls, haunted mansions, sorceresses and crucifixes make this title more of a chilling demon worship-themed slot and there aren’t many of those on the net which compare to this one.

Play ‘n Go have been somewhat busy of late, delivering countless new slots to all online casinos which offer their software.

Their innovative games often feature original and creative themes, but the casino software provider does tend to miss the boat with some of its special features and/or wagering ranges. Thankfully, everything seems to be right on the money with this new and scary slot machine.

How to play

Play ‘n Go’s wagering menu is very recognisable. Almost all their slots contain the same structure in that department, and this one is no different. Admittedly, the developers have jazzed it up a bit to ensure that it is in keeping with the overall theme of the slot, but the buttons do the same here as in any of their other titles. Expect 5 reels and 10 non-adjustable lines of action, with bets which cost between $0.10 per spin and $100 a game.

Wild symbols: We call her the sorceress, but others have referred to her as the seer. Either way, she is the slot’s wild symbol and landing just 2 of these symbols on the reels will deliver a modest prize. Wilds can substitute for all other icons barring scatters, and there are two of those to contend with here. At the start of each spin, a reel will be highlighted, too. If a wild should fall onto that highlighted reel, it will expand to occupy the whole reel.

Scatter symbols: As we’ve said, there are two of those here. The first is the skull and it can trigger a Skulls of Abyss bonus when it lands on the second, third and fourth reels at the same time. The second is the House of Doom logo, and landing it on the first, third and fifth reels at the same time will trigger a Doom Spins bonus.

Skulls of Abyss bonus: This feature is essentially a click and win bonus round, and one which can see players able to pocket instant cash prizes or trigger the Dooms Spins bonus round.

Dooms Spins bonus: The Doom Spins bonus round can be triggered via scatters or the Skulls of Abyss click and win game. It offers a total of 10 free spins, during which the House of Doom icon becomes an extra wild. Scatters appearing on the first, third and fifth reels will deliver additional spins, too, and unlike the base game, between 2 and 5 reels will be highlighted during this feature. As before, wilds landing into those reels will expand to occupy the entire reel, and with two types of wilds to do the job, the odds of that happening are good.

Maximum pay-outs

Two symbols stand out from the pack if you’re after big wins. The ram/devil skull can deliver wins worth up to 70x your total bet, whilst the wild symbol (the seer or sorceress) can cough up wins worth up to 100x your total bet. Of course, land wilds on the reels and pocket stacked winning combos and you could walk away with a prize worth closer to 2,500x your total bet in the game.

One must commend the developers for producing something different with House of Doom. This is not your elementary voodoo or Halloween-themed slot. This one is different, it is unique, and its features may it stand out from the pack. Most players are going to be happy to give this game a run for its money.
