How to play

Unlike many other slots, the wagering menu bars in the Starquest slot are located away to the right of the reels, and they are quite primitive in terms of what they will and will not allow you to do.

Players can adjust their wagers, and they can also choose to play with a number of consecutive spins at the same stake (via the autoplay feature). The paytable is also accessible from this menu. Expect to find wagers which cost at least $0.40 per spin, but can rise upwards.

Features

Megaways: Although it is certainly possible for players to have as many as 117,649 ways to win in this game, they are by no means guaranteed to play each spin with that many.

Instead, the number of paylines you get to play with seems to vary on every spin, depending on the size of the symbols which appear on the reels. The smaller the symbols appear, the more paylines you seem to get.

Wild symbols: Wild symbols appear as the titular character, the flame haired leading lady who is on an adventure to see the stars. She can appear stacked on the reels, and when she covers an entire reel, she can add a simple multiplier to your total wins.

Those multipliers seem to stem from 1x up to 5x. Wilds can replace all other symbols in the slot. Sticky wild re-spins: Whenever a wild symbol does appear on the reels, it will remain sticky, and frozen into place, whilst all the other reels respin.

If you should land another wild, both wilds will then remain for another re-spin, and so on and so forth, until you fail to pocket wilds. This can lead to pretty impressive wins with so many paylines present.

Starquest bonus: We know that there are SQ (Starquest title icons) on the reels of this slot, and that they count as scatters (so do most symbols in a slot with this manner paylines).

When players land Starquest bonus icons, a bonus round will be triggered. Unfortunately, we haven’t been able to get a peek as to what exactly this bonus round contains just yet.

Maximum pay-outs

Given that wins seem to be hugely impressive in this game, even when playing on the minimum wager, it is fair to say that the Starquest slot is going to cough up wins which range from 875x up to 1,000x your total bet.

That is more than generous for a BTG developed slot, and even though the game is non-progressive in nature, the potential is there for huge wins.

Starquest is still something of a cloudy video slot in terms of its true features, and Big Time Gaming is keeping its cards pretty close to its chest.
